Meet Claire Wollard

Claire Wollard is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and PHD (Proper Human Diet) Health Coach. She helps women in midlife regain energy, strength, and confidence through protein-focused nutrition and simple, sustainable lifestyle habits.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University, Claire’s background includes years as a Certified Athletic Trainer and experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales. This blend of clinical and healthcare industry experience gave her a deep understanding of both the strengths—and limitations—of the traditional medical model.

After facing her own health challenges in her 40s—including fatigue, weight gain, and declining performance despite “doing everything right”—Claire turned to functional nutrition to uncover root causes rather than chase symptoms. Through healing the gut, improving sleep, reducing stress, and optimizing nutrition, she transformed her health and approach to care.

Claire uses a personalized, whole-person, root-cause approach to help clients build habits that support long-term health and vitality. Her mission is to empower women to feel like themselves again—and thrive in this next season of life.
